I write this letter of recommendation for Ms. Pinar Denktas, an International Attorney, with whom we had the pleasure of working with on numerous cases in 4 different countries. Ms. Denktas has actively represented our family as an Attorney in Turkey and TRNC and acted in a consulting capacity to protect our family interests in Switzerland and Russia. The cases that Ms. Denktas worked on were hardly simple and straightforward and required the expertise and profound knowledge of International Legal System as it applied to each individual country. The matters and issues were complicated, intricate, elaborate and labyrinthine and demanded tremendous amount of work and detailed attention. Ms. Denktas was able to weave through the web of tremendous amount of data, information and took very immediate and timely actions wherever necessary to win two out of four cases where she was an Attorney in fact. (TRNC and Turkey). She demonstrated utter professionalism, precision ,persistence and tenacity while delivering court decisions for her client.
It comes as no surprise, we suppose, since Ms. Denktas comes from a long line of barristers and attorneys, as well as political figures and country statesmen (she is the granddaughter of Rauf Denktas , president of TRNC) tracing all the way back to her great grandfathers.
On a personal level and from our experience working with Ms. Denktas over almost last two years, we can say that she was very dedicated, always available to discuss and analyze, no matter the time of the day or the week and constantly looked for simple decisive solutions for very complicated issues. Our cases were inheritance cases that are always arduous and drawn out and had to be decided across several countries and jurisdictions. The estate was a substantial one and is in the excess of 25 million dollars. Ms. Denktas won two Court Decisions that awarded a substantial part of the estate to its lawful heirs. She is now actively consulting and assisting to deliver two more Court decisions that will deal with the rest of the estate (Switzerland and Russia).
Ms. Denktas is extremely thorough and detailed oriented and demands that from everyone on her team that works on the cases. She is tireless and determined when it comes to achieving a goal and she keeps going until such goal is attained.
